Christine has seen a local chiro here where we live to receive this technique. It's very gentle and we also have a friend who swears by it (and she has had 3 kids, lke us).
We have to go c-section this time (we're prego with #4!) and so this is moot for us, but I wanted to post this in case it's of use to anyone out there!
